Remote Data Completion Service Complements Third Party Recognition Software

Billerica, MA - August 03, 2009 — Orbograph Ltd., a leading provider of image-based recognition solutions and supplier of business process outsourcing technologies, announced today that its tenth remittance processing customer has successfully implemented the Company’s Key-Pay Convene solution. Based on Orbograph’s patented Key-Pay technology, Key-Pay Convene works together with third party recognition software to achieve labor savings of 30 – 40%.
Convene is a pay-as-you-go, internet-based, data completion service that securely sends image snippets of unreadable handwritten or machine printed fields on forms to certified, remote keying personnel for review and correction. “Excessive operational costs and under-utilized employees are inherent in many remittance operations,” states Roni Boker, Key-Pay Product Manager at Orbograph. “ Convene’s fast data acquisition and high accuracy ensures a significant reduction in operational costs, which resonates very well in the remittance environment.”
More than 110 financial institutions currently utilize Orbograph’s BPO technologies in conjunction with the Company’s leading recognition engines to gain maximum benefit from Key-Pay’s proven business case and minimize their FTE overhead. “The addition of our tenth Convene customer illustrates our ability to meet the needs of a diverse set of customer environments and to connect to other recognition supplier’s technologies,” adds Boker.
