Orbograph’s IQUA module within Automation Services provides image quality assurance and image usability testing, insuring that check images meet the quality and warranty requirements for image exchange and Check 21. As an aggressively priced module, IQUA can now be implemented as a part of Automation Services.
Orbograph’s IQUA solutions are in place in many of the top 25 U.S. financial institutions as well as in a wide range of community banks. These organizations chose Orbograph IQUA to address the image standards implemented by the Federal Reserve as well as those defined by FSTC. These systems are detecting non-compliant images (NCI) in POD, inclearing, remote deposit capture, ATM, and remittance workflows.

Cost of a poor quality image to collecting bank*:
- $0.10 - $0.15 if identified before image transmission
- $0.50 - $1.00 if returned by paying bank while check is still in transit bulk file
- $20 - $40 if handled as an adjustment and retrieved from off-site storage
- Average over $1,000 loss if no usable image can be found

- $0.35 - $0.45 if identified within 24 hours and returned as an exception
- $10 - $20 if identified before customer notices and claimed as an adjustment
