What a great accomplishment by the nearly 200 financial industry professionals who recently passed the ECCHO National Check Payments Certification (NCP). This commitment to continued excellence shows that the check processing industry is still alive and kicking! The commitment for this exercise and certification should be appreciated as a true commitment to their profession.
Additionally, the NCPC Editorial Board should also be commended. ECCHO presented at our 2011 User Conference in Boston last year, and I was fortunate enough to hear how detailed the process was to create such a certification. The curriculum was very comprehensive and so relevant to today’s environment. I trust that this elite group will now target their efforts on incremental ways to achieve excellence in check processing.
