Billerica, MA, August 15, 2012 – Orbograph, a leading supplier of recognition solutions for the U.S. check processing market as well as end-to-end electronic payment solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management, announced today that its migration programs from previous generation Orbograph software solutions to the new OrboCAR Accura XV™ and Automation Services check recognition have resulted in accelerated adoption by over 200 financial institutions, service bureaus and remittance clients since their introduction earlier this year.
Accura XV is the new core platform for all check recognition licensing and Automation Services contracts available for a wide range of check processing workflows. When implemented together with Orbograph’s Managed Recognition service, clients can attain:
- Guaranteed performance of 98% via Orbograph’s “full automation” level of service
- Check recognition rates as high as 95% with overall rates of 90%+ with Accura XV
“We have been working very successfully with our business partners to synchronize the new product launch of Accura XV and Automation Services LE (Local Engine) together with the sunset of our OrboCAR Super Trinity software product. Available migration credits help existing customers attain short-term payback for licensing one of the new options,” stated Andy Leonhardt, Vice President of Sales for Orbograph. “It’s really a win-win-win as business partners provide better value to their customers, the financial institutions save money and Orbograph benefits over the long term by improved support efficiencies incorporated into these latest solutions.”
The Orbograph Client Services Group plays a key role in customer migrations and new client implementations. With its innovative “Remote iCare” service program, optimization and tuning is provided with every new Accura XV and Automation Services contract to maximize performance for each check processing environment. This total quality management approach leverages many six sigma techniques to deliver on performance targets which translate into reduced operator keying, shortened balancing windows, minimized overtime and additional cash letter availability.
“The process of customer installations and upgrades used to be two to four days,” stated Stewart Levine, Vice President of Client Services for Orbograph. “We have been able to streamline our processes and use a range of rapid deployment techniques and tools to condense the process to less than two days. This has enabled us to keep pace with the demanding implementation schedules of our business partners.”
