APEX – OrboCAR Check Processing Services

OrboCAR APEX™ is Orbograph’s first check processing service. Delivered as a business process outsourcing (BPO) extension to OrboCAR Super Trinity and Accura CAR/LAR recognition, APEX seamlessly routes recognition rejects as encrypted check image snippets to the Key-Pay Hub for remote human recognition and completion. Processed typically within a five minute window, APEX has proven to be a reliable, scalable solution for nearly 100 customers ranging from large financial institutions and community banks to high volume service bureaus.
To meet strict security requirements of financial institutions, Orbograph as completed the Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 Type II compliancy exam. SAS 70 is a widely recognized as the auditing standard attesting that a service organization incorporates in-depth audit of its control objectives and activities, including controls over information technology and related processes.
APEX includes a user friendly interface and straight forward implementation with current work procedures. A web-based business intelligence monitor is included with the service, enabling remote, live production supervision as well as historical performance analysis with unsurpassed granularity.
