Orbograph’s Key-Pay technologies provide an innovative and efficient method to achieve full forms processing automation. Patented Key-Pay technologies are implemented in over 100 organizations around the world to streamline and minimize costly data entry requirements for forms processors. Acting as a routing “hub” for image snippet routing, the Key-Pay Hub distributes and load balances millions of snippets per day for data verification and remote data completion for full fields or single characters. Key-Pay enables forms processors to experience the benefits of low cost BPO resources for rapid and successful completion of day-to-day forms processing requirements. Key-Pay technology can be integrated into forms processing systems via several workflow points. A generic outline is provided below to illustrate how the components blend into a seamless solution. - Work unit identification (e.g. check, income tax return, medical record, etc.) and on-site scanning generate image files which can be processed locally or at the Key-Pay Hub.
- Forms registration and OCR/ICR technologies generate recognition results for each field.
- Unreadable fields are identified and snippets are created then routed to the remote data completion process from the Key-Pay Hub.
- The data completion process utilizes majority voting to provide the highest-confidence results when merged with OCR/ICR.
- Final results are returned to Orbograph Forms Automation Services or to local server existing forms software utilizes results.
