Monday Keynote Address: How to Create “Passion at Work” Using the Ingage Process for the Financial Industry

Lawler Kang, Author of “Passion at Work” adapts his lifelong mission and dream into a specific program for financial institution managers, check processing software providers and upper level executives. The Ingage Process is designed to align leaders, teams, and talent to emotionally engage with their work. But don’t think Lawler is “just a motivational speaker”. Ingage is a program based on the specific methodology of awakening, igniting and engaging one’s employees.

We chose Lawler to present Ingage because check processing is a mature market, and mature markets are traditionally “less exciting”. See how these specific techniques will boost productivity, improve the work environment and help you with your career goals!

All participants will receive a “workbook of action items” and “Passion at Work” for your own reading pleasure.
